Blocking actually blocking

Been asking for 7 some years for Discord to make the Block feature an actual block so that we don't have to see the obnoxious "1 BLOCKED MESSAGE - SHOW MESSAGE" bar all the time in servers.

If they've got time to spend "years" thinking about and implementing this username change, they can finally get around to doing something about this.

I might be okay with losing my 0001 after supporting Discord with Nitro for years and being an Early Adopter if my money *was actually going towards features I ACTUALLY WANT*
