My Account got disabled for no reasons

My Account got disabled a week ago I got accused of not following the terms and services of Discord, But I really didn't done anything 4 years I'm on Discord and it's the first time it happen to me I tried to contact Discord about this, but they always gave me fast replies that don't help at all I'm really upset about this and the fact that my account will be officially deleted in 4 days Please if anyone can help

    We are having the same issue, at this point the account will be gone before a response is even delivered to me. I would suggest writing a follow up message and just to make sure they don't mark your ticket as solved without having actually said anything.

    If they do respond to any other ticket you make about the response time they'll most likely say that it was due to them having a high amount of open tickets and the queue has been long or you've been pushed back for whatever reason.

    as a support service, they need to get on top of this

    And its official, my account will be deleted tomorrow
    I cant do anything more
    I already made a new account, but im still mad about the Discord Service that didnt helped me anymore
