To know if the message is read or not

Heyy!!
I know Discord has been adding many features lately. But when it comes to delivering a message, we don't know if the person has seen the message, and sometimes it feels really annoying. Discord can try something new, when the message is delivered it can show the text in red(or any color other than white) and as soon as it has been read it can turn back to white in color, which is the original color. Or it can also be developed as, when the message is delivered it will show a thinking or thought box emoji and as soon as the message is read the emoji disappears.

    may it also be that when the message is read it just have a green check mark 

    on it and/or if you're in a server you can just view who has viewed your message

    exactly.. it would be easier to know if people have seen the message or not. I hope discord adds this feature
