Messages from people outside the servers

For some time now, the ability to block and unblock messages from people who are not in your friends list and do not share servers has been removed. And, of course, vice versa, where it is no longer possible to write to such people yourself, because discord blocks the message. I think it's a criminally bad change. Not everyone wants to immediately add everyone to their friend list, and not everyone is a celebrity to receive spam from strangers. It's an exaggeration. In the past, you could decide for yourself whether you wanted to receive messages from everyone, so I don't see how difficult it would be to have such an option back. This would greatly facilitate communication with people who, for example, have blocked the ability to add friends, and it is known that not everyone is also on the Discord server. So I am requesting to bring back this option in the private message settings.
