Desktop notifications vanish after a few seconds

Discord notifications appear in the Windows notification area for a couple seconds then remove themselves with no history of ever existing. If you are not staring at your screen when you get a notification you will never know you got one.

This has been a problem on Windows 10/11 for multiple years & having notifications broken like this for an app centered around messaging is absolutely ridiculous.

A workaround would be to disable the "PUSH NOTIFICATION INCTIVE TIMEOUT" or set it to zero so we could at least use our phones to get notifications as desktop notifications are broken. At least add the option to do that.

    The notification popped up, and I was quick to be able to disable it. Now I cannot enable it because it does not show up in Windows 11 notifications area as other apps do.
