I got ignored and my account got deleted.

I just wanna say this is one of the worst supports I have ever dealt with, I have never gotten genuinely mad with support for a app until this one. Before the report system was in place I made dumb jokes jokingly saying I was "9" these jokes should of never been made due to the policy and I understand that FULLY now but I didn't ever realize this would haunt me. Once the feature was added a group of people have massed reported people who have made these types of jokes to get them disabled even though they weren't the age they were joking about and I was one of the people that happened too. After realizing my account got disabled suddenly I didn't think much of it got my information sent it out and everything was going fine with frequent responses from the people emailing me and they told me to get a closer picture of my information I sent it and everything just  messed up from there. I suddenly got forwarded to a bot who retold me the first thing the person said and I knew it was a bot because it didn't act human and disregarded whatever I said and made very obvious copy and pasted messages. Out of nowhere Discord stopped reaching out to me I thought maybe my report expired and I responded too late, weeks past nothing. I made multiple reports and they ignored me constantly. My friends gifted me nitro money coming out of their pockets to buy me it and even myself wasting money on this stupid app just to be ignored and my account to be deleted. Thanks a lot.
