Discord Support team, that doesn't exist?

Innocent users, myself included, have been banned from servers merely for being present, without engaging in any form of inappropriate behaviour or violating any community guidelines. This heavy-handed approach to moderation raises serious concerns about the transparency and accountability of Discord's Trust and Safety Team, they seem to mass ban people with no apparent reason.

As a co-owner of a Discord bot, the consequences of this ban have been particularly devastating for me. I have lost access to the developer panel, hindering my ability to contribute and maintain the functionality of our discord bot. Despite my best efforts to seek assistance through Discord's support system, my tickets have been closed without satisfactory resolution or explanation. This lack of support is not only annoying but also hinders the progress and development of our community members.

I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment on Discord, and I fully support the platform's commitment to these values. However, it is crucial that moderation measures are taken with care, precision, and respect for the principles of due process and fairness. Banning users without proper investigation or explanation undermines these values and erodes the trust that users place in Discord as a platform.

Therefore, I kindly request that the Discord support team re-evaluates the inter system including reporting

Additionally, I urge the Discord to address the lack of timely and effective support for users like myself who have experienced these unjust bans. Each support ticket should be given the attention and resolution it deserves, rather than being hastily marked as "solved" without a any response.

    I agree, Discord's Support is not viable and realistic, I understand the fact that they get thousands of tickets everyday, but they really need to put more time and effort into solving these cases.

    are you reffering to platform wide bans or server bans? because server bans are done by the moderators of the server, not by the discord staff
