Search/Server Indexing not working

The search bar of our server (partnered 340k members, server heavily relies on search working), is not showing any results/updating as of 18th of April 2023. All platforms, happens for everyone. We contacted support and they said we had to make a post here and that everything is working as intended. Well, clearly it’s not.
