[SEEKING ADVICE] Discord account falsely banned

My account got disabled today for "malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking, and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine." but I had no involvement in such things. My account had started joining several servers on its own without me clicking invites, so I changed my password multiple times and enabled 2FA, but it kept happening. I've had this account for over five years and have so much stuff on it that I can't lose. Could Discord support see that my account was joining these servers on its own?
