image menu layout makes no sense on mobile

in the top-right corner of an image view is a menu button, that opens a tiny 3 item menu at the bottom of the screen. this is way too far apart. these 3 items could easily be represented by 3 icon buttons at the top without a menu, or if you want to keep the menu have the menu button and the menu itself closer together. right now saving an image is much more tedious than it should be, especially with large or tall screens.
