Open links in emails in desktop app instead of browser

I would like to open discord links from notifiaction email in desktop app as i have set up in firefox( to open discord links by discord app ) instead to be forced to open new tab in browser with discord in it. What is the point of having standalone app if links from emails and messanger opens in browser? Doesn't make any sense.
