Voice Note, please give it a toggle option

Please finally listen to us members who have been asking for a way to get rid of the botton and give us the toggle off option and move the button!!!
we have been asking since it has been introduced but so far you are showing you dont listen to your community at all and instead of fixing bugs that freeze up discord and make it glitch no you guys invest in trash like voice notes which are hard and near impossible to mod, don't work with some phone navigation systems, trigger anxities, give accesability issues.
you ignore the private emails, these messages everything the community says with serious issus regarding this!

I am not saying it shouldnt be there at all. i get that some people like to use it (i can somewhat imagine)
but you guy should give move the button either way and for the love of god, give people an option as to participate in wanting to send and especially recieve this nonsense.
now people have to turn the permission for mics off and are unable to do voicecalls if they are will to do those but those unlike voice notes are by choice from eitherside.
you can not opt out of recieving voice notes or not having the button
so once again please PLEASE make it optional
