Bug with server

So basically theres an discord server in education section called "English", i was in preview mode i tried to join it but theres actual no way to do that. I cant even leave it or anything im just stuck there for some reason, i tried refreshing leaving its infinite loop of the dots that mean im joining, i even dmed an admin i tried what she/he/etc asked but nothing worked. Got any ideas?
