Multiple Role Mentioning

I think it would be great if messages with multiple roles mentioned have an option to only notify those will all of those roles or those with one of those roles, chooseable by the sender. For example, if there were two roles, such as "Memes" and "Politics" typing a message with something like "@Memes x @Politics would only ping the users with both the "Memes" and "Politics" roles.
