Lock cam windows in videocalls

Hi!

It would be great that you could lock the cameras on a videocall. That awy, if someone is disconneted, the cameras shouldn't be reorganize and resize.

We use that system so many times to record colaborating videos or streams. if you have an overlay, it's so messy when someone is disconnecting. The windows change their size and order.

That's the reason I think I would be great a system to lock them and organize them.
