Receiving Notifications On Mobile AND Desktop

Hello Team Discord,

Our community is in the process of migrating to Discord from Slack, and we've noticed one major problem. We are a Crypto trading/enthusiasts community that also have a web interface that provides real-time alters. With Slack, you can have the Desktop client open and get the alert and also get the mobile alert, with sound, simultaneously, and we have found with Discord, this functionality is not currently available, which would likely cause our community members to miss out on important trading signals our AI sentiment software picks up.

Is there anyway this feature could be enabled or could be build it for our server?
