8+ presenters view, presenter live window preview embedded and chat channel hide/show, how?

How to set such a view when talking in the voice channel with 8 or more people?

I want to see the windows of the presenter's application, I do not want to see the cameras but their screen or application window. How to set the application window by default instead of the mini camera preview? If it tries to show text on the camera it is in the mirror image. It has to be as view sharing by voice channel participants.
