Voice Glitch

So I've been using discord for a while now and just a while ago I found a glitch. So if you are in a voice chat on your phone then let your phone die while in the voice chat (I dont know if being muted will change anything) then hope onto a computar and open up like chrome or something. If you go on discord (Not via downloaded app) you will be muted and cant unmute. When you check you voice settings, it will say that discord doesnt have access to your mic and to activate it. But when you check and/or activate it then reload, it will say that it still needs to be activated. It is a simple thing to avoid by going into a different web browser but I haven't found a way to fix it. If this had happened to you please tell me how to fix it if you did.
