Blacklist someone from seeing your profile links

This seems a little specific but let me explain.

Usually, I have my Discord so that people I work with can text me on it, as well as my friends. But I don't want everybody on my friends' list or everybody I talk to to be able to see the links on my profile (like my Twitter for example). Is there any way we can specifically blacklist certain people from seeing our profile links?
