Discord won't open

Whenever I attempt to open discord it says the shortcut won't work and once I go directly to the file it gives me an  erroe saying i'm missing files even though i haven't even touched them,please can you help me as i can't open it like this.

    when i open discord it says running then it it says launch again : from epic games
