My old account got disabled without a reason
My account was disabled, i was told that i should have received an email with information about the ban, but never got one. After contacting support a couple of times, i got the same answer saying they have confirmed the violation of tos and that they wont be reinstating my account. I have no knowledge of me breaking any rules and have not received any explanation of why.
