Discord support is the worst it gets
So, i‘ve never done this before but this is one of the last desperating tries to get it touch with discord support. My account was banned on Thurssday, 10th of December and since then, only the bot answered me, that the decision to disable my account was “approved“ and there is ni chance to revoke it. The automated bot-answer was given to me twice
Zero info as to why this happened. Zero info from a real human being.
I dont even critize the fact that you, dear discord support, are unable to handle all the requests because of increased volume or whatever. The problem is that half of the time until my account gets deleted completely has passed already and I am left with no clues whatsoever. Twitter doesnt answer me, the German general support does but “has no tools to help me“, T&S just keeps ignoring every E-Mail I send.
I think this is outrageous. Im left with nothing now. It‘s unbelieveably unprofessional, embarrasing and scandelious. I am extremely disappointed in you guys.
