Select a channel to send a reply, to allow moving of conversation.

I have experienced in some servers that they have specific channels for specific topics and the such. I would like to possibly see a feature that would allow us to select a channel that the reply will be posted to so that it can essentially move the conversation to a more appropriate channel. Would still be seen as a reply so others would know what the conversation in the new channel is about.

  This would be absolutely brilliant - once a server scales up with a large number of users and channels, it would be EXTREMELY useful to be able to start moving conversations to appropriate channels once they become bigger than quick asides.
