Did anybody else get this free Nitro gift?

Today I got free nitro for 1 month and the thing was on the nitro page and it said "Thanks for choosing to spend your time with Discord! Get a free month when signing up for Nitro. Offer available for 9 days" Was there anything that I did to get this gift or was it just given out randomly or because I made my discord in 2016, or I spend a lot of time on discord. Heres a screenshot
