Pings and Channel linking

On mobile discord, I've noticed that when a ping isn't in the first section of the message on my android device, it pastes the username without pinging the person at all (even when I use the tap user to mention feature). On top of this, linking channels on messages seem to be finnicky on when they do and don't work. They can be spelt entirely correctly, but, like pings, if they're not in the first row of a message, it won't link the channel so that users can tap/click and be taken to the correct channel from that message. This has been especially troublesome in thread tracking channels on servers or when trying to create a channel info FAQ for servers while I'm a moderator on it.
