[Feature request] @Online messaging

Being able to type in @Online to notify anyone who is online so you don't disturb offline members with an @everyone.

  can't you just do @here? make sure you know what features discord has before asking

  There is a feature @here you can use it to ping who are online by pinging @here only online members will get notified.
