Add reaction notifications
You know that whenever there are new mentions in a server, you get a red message explaining it. This is also true for messages - a grey alert. I propose you add this same format of notifications for reactions.
For example, if there is a vote taking place which would be determined using reactions, it would make sense to have an alert on those reactions if a new one is placed. Thank you for listening to my suggestion.

I'd like this, too. Often people post funny videos that I don't see until later, and I react with a laughing emoji when I see them, but they don't know I ever saw them.

Add this feature. We need to raise awareness. Make it toggled off for default if you have to.
