Mobile Notification Enhancements

1. If you receive a message in the same room several times, the notification rings only once. I want to make it so that I can respond to all the messages.

2. Regular messages and mention messages are not distinguished. If the general message is set to silent in the Android setting, the mention message is set to silent because there is no function to set the mention message separately.
(I want a normal message to be displayed in the status bar, and a mention message to be heard.)

3. I wish I could set up a notification on my mobile when Discord is running on my computer. I usually use a computer, and I hope my mobile will be notified at any time.

point 3) was first anoying thing i noticed. So i'm closing browser often ... as don't want to miss notification, when i'm away of pc.

I would add one point

4. What i would also like is to have at least 2 or 3 categories of notifications android, so i can use them like priorities, with different sounds and some silenced in certain android profiles. In my usecase i would like to specify per channel, what category notification should be used. And actually also for PMs i would like to specify per sender, what category to use.
