Can't connect to voice chat

Any server I try to connect to with voice chat can't connect. It forever says "connecting" with "disconnected" jumping in once in a while. I didn't change any settings and reinstalled Discord. Please help.

  I have the same or a very similar issue. All the servers I am a part of have the same problem. I have reinstalled discord also and that did not solve the problem. If someone has had this issue and it has been resolved, please share, thank you.

  Okay, so for anyone else who ends up here, I just waited for a while and eventually it resolved itself

  I get in the voice chat but when I'm in it says I'm disconnected and I can't talk or hear.
