Unprofessional Discord Support
Hey there,
Recently I've had my Discord account disabled for spam and, that was a bummer.
Now, I was never spamming direct messages, in a Discord dedicated to spamming nor, automating my account or any other of the reasons listed above. So, I appealed, getting the generic bot response back after 14 hours of waiting.
I want to express how many times I've appealed since then: 15
That's right, 15 times and all of them were met with the same automated message.
After all of that I just started asking about my ban of completely vague answers on why I maybe could've been banned for.
I was met with the SAME bot responses stating my account was disabled and they won't be reinstating it.
Eventually it got to ridiculous amounts and.. well I'll just show you.
I've whitened out my name on the first email for obvious reasons, just wanted to make that clear.
However, this is simply unprofessional, I understand they may have a lot of tickets but I was a loyal Discord member for 4 years and had tons of relationships on their platform, and now my account will be deleted in 2 days from now.
I've went from tickets to email to even twitter, on their Twitter page I got no response back.
My account is pretty much done for and I never got a fair chance to appeal it.
It's so incredibly unfair towards me as I'm punished for something I didn't even do and then I don't have a say in what happens to MY account.

Have you tried submitting a help request here? They responded to me with a real person within a day or two. Hope this can make it in time:

I had to make a specific support site account for that form, if I remember correctly, but maybe it's different now. But don't be worried if it says you need to make one, it's been weird like that for years, heh.

I've made multiple using the ticket system, still the same response unfortunately.
At this point I'm just waiting for them to delete my account, as there's nothing else I can do.0 -
