Suggestion: Costumize embed link permission

Currently, if you want to block gifs from being shared on a server, the maximum you can do is turn that gif into a link.
But what if I still want to allow pictures?
- By turning images, gifs into separate toggleable permission.
- Under "Embed Link" could be "Affects images" and "Affects gifs", being the standard being both ticked.

Or what if I want to allow pictures in just 1 channel?
- Make those permission be toggeable into channels, overwritting certain permission.
Perhaps the channel would be treated as a role and any roles below it (in the server hierarchy) would be affected.

What if I want slow-mode, but just for embed links?
Make it an option in slow-mode "emblems only".
or better, have different times for emblems (pics, gifs or both) and messages!
