add a privacy mode when streamer mode is enabled

I would like there to be a mode for when streamer mode is enabled that hides messages in a server channel in case I accidently show it on stream. It could just be a simple toggle for a single channel or a whole server for when it detects that streamer mode is enabled it will hide the messages and say something like messages have been hidden while streamer mode is active.
