Low Data Consumed by Discord

Please add options to reduce data download/consumed by discord.

Example:

- Using in mobile, can disable other guild members messages and other things download in second plan, just download data/emojis in current guild/channel. Save emojis in cache (i guess it is download each restart app). Can disable image/video/gif download (like whatsapp, click for download and see or just see preview in low resolution)

    I really like this idea! This would really help people who use discord to communicate with people, but don't have that big of a data plan.

    Yes, not just short data plan, but decrease Cpu and Ram usage as well
