Emoji cropper

We need a way to change the size of our images on the app, the ones that we are trying to use as emojis. My emojis are coming out tiny and super ugly each time I put one in, and trying to find a website that's FREE and will do as you want is just way too overbearing. I just want to take some of my favorite images and make cute emojis from them but again they're so stupidly tiny and ugly that you can't even tell what they are anymore once Discord has jumbled the crap out if them and shrunken them into photographs for an ant colony to hang on their walls. I want something that let's us edit our image as we upload it instead of being cussed at that it is too big or automatically slicing it to be too ugly and small. I want to be able to move and zoom into an image as I please while it shows me what size it currently is and be able to self edit to the right size.
