Signed up for Nitro to stream. Extreme lag!

I signed up for Nitro and boosted my server to be able to stream. but even at 720p with 30fps, my stream lags like hell!!
I've read everything I could get my hands on, tested all different settings, with no luck. Whenever I'm tabbed out of my game, I get a stream of like 20 fps.. but when I'm tabbed in, I get like 0.5 fps.

And please don't tell me stuff like reset, re-install, fix priority setting etc etc.. I've tried all of that already..
