Adding Descriptions to Discord Voice Chats

I think it would be beneficial for people to know what you're doing when you're in voice chats. Sometimes it can be confusing when people drop by in a voice channel and people don't know what you're doing. With this feature, you can avoid awkward situations where you have to ask what someone is doing.

How I think we can integrate this system is that you can hover over a person's avatar in a voice channel and it will show what that user is doing. The user can edit what they're doing by hovering over their own avatar and typing in a textbox.
