Please help me there is a guy who is saying he is a time traveler and all, i know this could be fun but he is also saying that i cyberbullied him, I didn't

please help me, he even showed me his passport and some other things, but IDK why did he do so, but it's weird, and he EVEN saying I cyberbullied him. see some screenshots below

 

 

Please do something, he even said he will report me, this is unfair he ruined my day
