Linked voice and text chat (appearing on voice chat join in/drag in)

I know that as an admin I am able to move people into channels that they usually don't have permission for and also can't see in the server. However I would like for them to be able to see a linked text chat, once they join this specific voice chat I dragged them into. I know Link bots are a thing but it usually comes with a monthly fee. It would be nice being able to just move people into a room for.. let/s say a livestream, and when they join they have a text channel where they can find all the info they need..read and write all the things needed to know, while also hidden from the other members of the server! And once they leave, everything becomes invisible again!
