Time placeholder

If you've ever wanted to communicate a specific time on Discord, chances are you've had to specify the Time Zone. This works fine for small communities where most members are in the same area, however, in a big server, it can be an issue. There are dozens of timezones, and converting those times for each member can be quite annoying & take time. Having the member convert the time themselves also can be quite frustrating.

It'd be nice if there were a "time placeholder" for text, something like

<%Time>

where "Time" would be a Unix timestamp in seconds. This would be converted by each client to an actual date, taking into account Timestamps. This could be especially useful for bots since some of them have to ask the user for their timezone.
