Getting auto joined, need help to fix

So i go into discord and i keep seeing new servers that i dont remember seeing so i delete them and a coue days later same server apears and a different one. Plz i need help getting those off permanently

    Go in User Settings > Authorized Apps and click on deauthorize for the ones that look shady, are unknown or have the Join servers for you scope
