When making announcements saying events at this time so on. let us add {time} and it will show the time per user in their own timezone.

  This would be very helpful for communities and friend which span the globe. "Let's play a game together at {time:5 pm}!"

  proposed syntax:
  {time} yields the current time as of posting, displayed in viewer's locale
  {time:date} where date is any time (in poster's tz unless otherwise specified), e.g. "5pm", "17:00", "2021-04-23 3:00 UTC"
