Muted channel show notifications when notification settings seted to nothing.

I hided all muted channels on one of my servers and set notification settings to nothing. But when anyone use @everyone in that channel, I'm whatever got notifications.

  Using "nothing" isn't the same as suppressing @everyone, click on "notification settings" and open the full popup
