Stream refresh button

For the past few years I've been using discord as my main form of online communication with friends, colleagues, and school. This usually includes being in a voice call and someone screen sharing whatever they are doing.

And what I've noticed is that these screen share streams worsen over time, doesn't matter how good your internet is, how close the voice server is to your location, they end up diminishing overtime. The application-specific streams seem to have less of this issue but both application- and screen-specific streams have this issue. 

The only thing that fixes this is by switching the stream target or by completely shutting off the stream and then turn it on again. Now having to refresh once in a while is not the end of the world, just a little bit of a workaround. BUT for anyone that has any worse internet will have to do this over and over again.

I personally don't know what it takes to fix this issue altogether (if it's even possible with modern-day internet) but, what would help out in a very drastic way, would be having a refresh button that refreshes the stream and that doesn't disconnect any viewers. A single feature (which is just a button) will help an incredible amount for the people that don't have the luxury of a good internet connection and/or people that don't live anywhere near the location of the voice server.
