Sound problems in voice call (PC)

For some time now I have been having sound problems with my computer when I am on a voice call on Discord. a kind of decibel limit, which means that I don't hear too weak or too strong sounds coming from other applications (spotify, google ...). I don't hear too loud sounds (screams, amplifications ...) in the call either. how to fix it please?

  reinstall audio drivers and K-lite codeks

  The voice is not working properly and I like discord server. Please people make it a safe place and discord officer improve discord.
