Voicemail Idea

There should be an option for if you don't pickup a call it will play a voicemail for the person calling (this is optional) which you can record/set in the 'Voice and Video' settings. It should play after you decline the call or it stops ringing you, but if the person calling ends the call it shouldn't play the voicemail.

     Nobody other than old people(not judging if you do, just saying what I have noticed) uses voicemail anymore and the people who use discord never use it since there is text chat. I think adding voice memos would be better
