My friends take Nitro for free, and I don't get it. I use Discord daily , Why didn't I get it?

    There are two ways to get nitro for free:

    either, someone buys it for u

    or on a new account, you get the first month nitro for free (but not always)

    but only the new account, u can't use it on another / and you cant use a free nitro from discord itself on a account which had nitro already

    You know who else uses it daily? Around 50% of discord's users. Why shouldn't they get it XL0ol? I use discord daily, and have it open the entire time I'm awake, and check on it every hour or so, why don't I get it? My friend John Wack uses it daily, why doesn't he get it Xl0ol? Why don't starving children in Africa get free food, XL0ol? 
    Because, XL0ol, that's not how the economy works. I really don't want to explain the basics of capitalism and modern day society, but if you really need me to, please do tell me. Please, XL0ol, tell me if you need me to explain that money needs to be changed for goods and services so that the person giving the good/service can get food, and water, and a roof over their head.

    Discord has employees, which do.

    I got free NITRO too and I got it at the 22nd of January 2021.
    I also have HypeSquad Balance.
    many people got it too.
    So the most obvious answer is from Discord HypeSquad.
    Here is an example;
