Live Close Captioning for VC calls

I’d really love Discord to provide live close captioning for VC channels in servers as well as private calls. It’s an accessibility feature that’s critical, especially in the time of COVID-19 where all of lives have been moved online. I'm hard of hearing and struggle to participate in social activities online because of the lack of captioning. 

While there are third-party captioning services, it unclear whether they would be compatible with discord. They also require the user to make complicated setting changes such as rerouting a program's audio input or download additional drivers and are often behind a paywall service. None of these are suitable options. 

Having captioning on discord wouldn’t just benefit me, it would benefit everyone who uses Discord.

TL;DR, please provide a live close captioning feature for Discord.
