My server says a member is banned when they aren't

So I invited a friend of mine into my server and it claims she is banned from my server on her end but on my end there's no evidence of that. She's sent screenshot proof that my invites tell her she is banned. I even did the command to unban her using ID and it said she wasn't previously banned. What kind of glitch is this and how can I solve it? (User it's claiming banned is maybeAniie?#3758)As you can see she is not listed under banned.Yet it claims her as banned on her end.I tried to see if unbanning her ID would work but it was unsuccessful.Still claiming she was banned.
Anybody know how I can fix this?

    Probably your friend uses the same Internet provider and the same IP address as the user who has the ban on your server.
