Picture in Picture when tabbed out of Discord

It would be really cool if we could have a picture in picture for whatever screen sharing/video cam of the friend who is speaking that is always in the corner somewhere when we're tabbed out of discord entirely.

I know it already does this when in app and tabbing to another server, but it would be super handy to have this when playing games or something outside of discord.
