Make reporting better by building it into the UI
Hopefully this isn't a duplicate:
Suggestion: Build the reporting functionality into the application UI. The best way I can think of doing this is if a user is breaking community guidelines or spams you, you can have the 'more' menu on messages have an option to "add to report". When you are ready, you can go somewhere else in the interface and it will bring up the trust and safety report page (dis.gd/request) inside of the app (desktop is chromium based so it should be easier there), on mobile maybe make a link that works for the next part).
When the window opens, it auto-populates all the information, Message IDs, User IDs, Server IDs, Channel IDs, contents of the messages, etc. Maybe even screenshots if needed. This could be especially useful during raids when there is a massive number of people joining. Perhaps moderators could even have an interface mode where there is some kind of way to do this even more rapidly, instead of going through the menu, such as the holding shift when hovering over a message.
All that remains to be done by the user is provide any other details needed. By doing it this way, more malicious users will be reported since it is easier to do. Making it easier could result in more false reports, but a good way to avoid that would be only giving it to users who meet particular criteria, such as having verified their number and having 2fa. And by making them easier to report and it gets harder for them to have malicious activity, it will be harder for them to get away with it, some will give up, and there will be less total of them on the platform.
